This hearth set is suitable for for stove installations and comes in 2 sections. The front hearth will come with all exposed sides profesionally finished, pollished and with a chamfered edge.
The back hearth is a standard 40" x 15" has no finisheed edges and will likely need to be cut to fit your recess by a competent tradesman.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We ensure that all hearths undertake multiple quality checks before being packaged ready for collection or delivery. Although you are welcome to arrange your own courier service for collection, or collect in person - We do not outsource any of our deliveries. We offer an in house door to door delivery service to guarantee your new hearth reaches you in A1 condition.
On receipt of your new hearth you will be encouraged and given plenty of time to check for any faults or damages. Any un packing and re packaging can be provided on request.
Unless faulty, we cannot accept any returns on bespoke orders
ALL items returned for ANY reason MUST be returned in their original packaging. Failure to do so may result in a 25% re-stock charge. Where this is not possible then every effort must be made to securely pack the item ready for collection.
Any damages, shortages or incorrectly delivered goods must be reported to our sales office within 7 days of the delivery. Failure to do so may result in delays and/or refusal of credits.
3. Bespoke / Made to Measure Items
Under no circumstances will bespoke or made to measure items be accepted back for credit.
4. Faulty items
Goods being returned as faulty must be authorised by the sales office. A refund will be issued once the item has been returned
and the fault confirmed. A 25% re-stock charge will be applied if no fault is found. Missing and/or damaged components will
be charged for.
6. Damages (delivered by The Fireplace Hearth)
All damages must be reported to the sales office within 7 days of date of delivery. Please check all goods as soon as possible after delivery as claims may not be accepted after this period.
7. Damages (delivered by 3rd party courier)
All carrier deliveries must be carefully checked at the time of delivery. All goods found to be damaged should NOT be accepted and under no circumstances be signed for. If there is any suspicion that the goods are damaged (i.e. damaged packaging) then the delivery ticket should be signed for as damaged. No claim can be made against the carrier if the ticket is signed as ‘unchecked’.
We will try to be as reasonable and fair as possible but we do reserve the right to accept or refuse the return of any goods

We provide our own in house door to door delivery service for addresses within 1hr drive of our base in Northwood HA6 1BA for £50
Hearths are also available for collection by you in person or by your own arranged courier service. We can not be responsible for any damages that may be caused in 3rd party transit and although we can help load any hearths into your vehicle it will be the responsibility of yourself or the courier company to ensure adequate protection for any hearths in transit.
